Unless otherwise specified, this website, the content, logos, branding, design, structure, and booking service provided through this website (the “service”), are the property of DIVO NERONE S.r.l.s., or DIVO NERONE S.r.l.s. collaborators and suppliers. These pages are provided for your personal use only and for non-commercial purposes, governed by these terms and conditions. DIVO NERONE S.r.l.s. collaborates with third-party companies that specialize in online hospitality software and marketing solutions. DIVO NERONE S.r.l.s is not a travel agency and does not provide services related to the distinctive activities of travel agencies.

These Terms and Conditions – and any subsequent amendments – apply to services provided directly by DIVO NERONE S.r.l.s or through its partners and suppliers, online, through mobile devices, by email or by telephone. By using DIVO NERONE’s website and booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions (including the Privacy Policy).

1. 1. These Terms and Conditions may be changed without notice and without informing the User. DIVO NERONE S.r.l.s advises the user to regularly check this page for changes.
2. 2. By making a reservation through this site, you will create a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the hotel where you made the reservation.
3. 3. All prices visible on the reservation system are per room for the entire stay and are shown inclusive of VAT and all other taxes (subject to change), not including resort fees. Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our website for a particular stay, however these rates may carry restrictions and special conditions, for example regarding cancellation and refund. Please check the room and rate details carefully for such conditions before making your reservation. 4. 4. DIVO NERONE respects your privacy. Except for information required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, e-mail address and credit card information to complete your reservation at the hotel of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. However, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to our affiliated companies or contractors, including employees of our affiliated companies and our agents and representatives who have access to this information with our permission and who need to know or have access to it to perform our service (including customer service and internal (audit/compliance) investigations). 5. 5. Credit card and payment. Hotels require credit card information to guarantee the reservation. Therefore, we will send credit card information directly to the hotel at which the reservation was made and can verify (i.e. pre-authorize) the credit card. To safeguard and encrypt your credit card information during transit to us, we use “Secure Socket Layer (SSL)” technology for our services. For some rates or special offers, please note that your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes with no refund option) at the time of booking and confirmation of your reservation. Please check your room details carefully for such conditions before making your reservation. For all of the above scenarios, the system clearly states the payment terms and conditions related to each individual reservation. Once you have identified the appropriate choice for your needs, you must enter all details in the respective fields and credit card information to guarantee your reservation or to allow you to be charged in advance for the selected service. DIVO NERONE S.r.l.s makes every reasonable effort to ensure the security of all credit and debit card transactions. However, if unauthorized charges appear on the User’s credit or debit card statement for any card used on this website at any time during or after the booking, execution of the transaction, or disclosure of card information on this website, DIVO NERONE S.r.l.s. shall in no way be liable for any damages or losses of any nature incurred by the User arising out of or in any way connected with such use, transaction, or disclosure, subject only to any legal rights the User may have. DIVO NERONE S.r.l.s. assumes no responsibility for any abuse or misuse of the User’s credit card.
6. 6. Cancellations and Deposit. By making a reservation, you agree and consent to the relevant cancellation and no-show on arrival policy, as well as any additional hotel terms and conditions that may apply to your reservation or during your stay. General cancellation and no-show on arrival terms and conditions are available on the hotel’s information pages, during the reservation process, and in your confirmation email. Please note that some rates or special offers cannot be cancelled or changed. Please check your room details carefully for these conditions before making your reservation.

If you wish to review, change or cancel your reservation, please refer to the confirmation e-mail and follow the instructions therein.

For some hotels and some travel services in general, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit (a percentage of the total reservation value) at the time of booking, which will be charged by DIVO NERONE S.r.l.s. to your credit card at the time of booking. You will be responsible to the travel service provider for payment of the balance of the cost of the travel services you have booked, as well as payment of the charges for any additional services subsequently contracted with the travel service provider and, where applicable, payment of the travel service provider’s service fees and taxes in accordance with the terms and conditions of business applied by such travel service provider.

7. 7. By completing a reservation, you agree to receive an email that we may send you shortly before your arrival date, providing you with information about your destination and providing you with certain information and offers (including those of third parties, to the extent that you have actively opted in to such information) related to your reservation and destination, and an email that we may send you immediately after your stay at the hotel, inviting you to fill out our guest review form.
8. 8. Exclusion of Liability. Subject to the limitations set forth in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall be liable only for direct damages actually suffered, paid, or incurred by you as a result of a breach attributable to our obligations in connection with our services, up to 10% of the cost of the reservation as set forth in the confirmation e-mail (whether for one event or a series of related events). However, and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our officers, directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, affiliate (distribution) partners, licensees, agents, or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the site and its content shall be liable for any punitive, special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of resources, for anything contained in the site, for its content, for any inaccuracy relating to the information provided (including rates, availability and ratings) of the hotel made available on our website. We will not be liable for any damage, loss or cost (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) suffered, incurred or paid by you, resulting from your inability to use our site, strikes, acts of God or any other event beyond our control. The use of this website by the user is at their own risk. You assume full responsibility for all risks or losses arising from your downloading and/or use of or reference to or reliance on the information, products, services or materials provided on this website, or any other information obtained from your use of this website. To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, and any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions and our services shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the Foro di Roma.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or unenforceable, you shall remain bound by all other provisions hereof.
